Was over at Carsington the other day and thought it would be a great place for a triathlon. There is indded one in April, but in the meantime there's a duathlon on Oct 4th 2009.

I did this last year & really enjoyed it.

Mat Ivings had a go at the early April and the October duathlons. A good craic, but tough bike course.
